Nominations will cover innovations in healthcare management, public health initiatives (such as hepatitis, malnutrition, IMR, etc.), ABHA implementation, healthcare outreach, establishment of day care centres, augmentation of infrastructure, and public health awareness campaigns.

Swachhata
Nominations for this award will cover areas of improving the sanitation of the district through contributions to ODF drives, solid & liquid waste management, waste collection processes, C&D waste management, improve the living conditions of the ragpickers, waste worker livelihood, preventing single-use plastic, etc.

Gender & Inclusion
Nominations for this award will cover areas of gender rights, prevention of gender discrimination & girl child foeticide, initiatives for the safety of women, promotion of women-led enterprises, inclusion of transgender into mainstream livelihood, etc.

Social Welfare
Nominations for this award will cover areas of implementing schemes & addressing key issues pertaining to various categories (senior citizens, PWD, children) & setting up of voluntary organizations to promote social welfare, livelihood, community involvement, rehabilitation, initiatives towards social & financial inclusion, etc.

Agriculture
Nominations will cover initiatives in agriculture and allied sectors, including technology-based farming practices, agri-insurance promotion, organic farming, research, farmer welfare, seed exchange, market linkages, and enhancing farm and allied sector incomes.

E – Governance
Nominations for this award will cover areas of technology-first citizen services to facilitate ease of living, technology solutions for industries, technology/IT run revenue services, grievance redressal mechanisms, disaster management & facilitation of emergency services using technology, land management, etc.

Skill Development
Nominations for this award will cover areas of skill up-gradation, generation of employment opportunities, establishing vocational and technical training framework, implementation of skill development programs, employment linkages, employment linkage and new age skills.

MSME & Industries
Nominations will cover initiatives promoting MSME development, including a supportive business environment, investment facilitation, ecosystem development, access to finance, market linkages, business development services, and MSME infrastructure development.

Start-up & Innovations
Nominations will cover initiatives promoting start-ups through a supportive business environment, access to finance, infrastructure, student entrepreneurship, incubators, public procurement from start-ups, and inclusion of gig workers and online platform-based enterprises.

Climate Change & Sustainability
Nominations will cover initiatives driving the green transition, climate change mitigation and awareness, net zero pathways, use of State Disaster Mitigation Funds, afforestation, contributions to the Sustainable Development Goals, promotion of green investments, biodiversity conservation, and soil conservation practices.

Water Stewardship
Nominations for this category will cover areas of water conservation and management, ground water rejuvenation, innovative practices to augment drinking water, reuse of water, rainwater harvesting, restoration of local water bodies and awareness creation on conservation of water, etc.

Energy
Nominations for this category will cover areas of implementation of Grid-interactive renewable power projects, support in development of energy infrastructure, clean energy, rooftop solar adoption, supporting pilot projects on new energy technologies, IEC on energy efficiency and conservation etc.

Urban Governance & Liveability
Nominations will cover integrated initiatives improving urban and peri-urban functioning and quality of life through coordinated reforms across city systems, including mobility, public spaces, safety, initiatives for crowd management at critical places, service delivery integration, governance, and planning.

Jury Awards
A special category is reserved for exceptional public service in an area not covered elsewhere and shall be evaluated solely at the discretion of the Hon’ble Jury members.
